Made with a butt tonne of spicy ghost peppers, heaps of vinegar, and a pinch of salt, this bold and blazing sauce is not for the faint of heart. It's simple, clean, and seriously hot – the perfect kick for anything from Asian dishes to smashed avo and eggs. Just be warned: A few drops at a time, that stuff comes out quick and you don't need much. 

Ingredients: Scorpion Chillies, vinegar, salt, sugar, xanthan gum.
