Refund Policy for My Wife's Hot Sauce

We take great pride in the quality of our locally crafted hot sauces and strive to ensure every bottle brings joy to your meals. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please refer to the following guidelines:

  1. Returns
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. However, if you believe a product is defective or damaged, please contact us.

  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following cases:

    • The product arrived damaged.
    • You received the wrong product.
    • The product was defective (e.g., off flavour or quality issue).
  3. Time Frame
    Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.

  4. Process

    • A description of the issue.
    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).

    We will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.

  5. Exclusions
